1-0N-1 TRAINING

Consistency is key! One or two individual sessions will not help you reach your goals overnight.

For maximum results, our 5 and 10 week programs are recommended. To enquire about these programs, contact us via email, phone or DM.

Our 1-on-1 tailored training program is specifically designed for each unique individual by our in-house coaches.

During these sessions we will focus on what the athlete wants to improve on (shooting, finishing, etc) and incorporate what we think will best attain improvement. We utilise video analysis and stat tracking of both times and scores from each drill to provide in depth evaluation.
